About Beavers
Beaver scouts are aged 6 - 8 years old
who meet on a Wednesday night 6.00 pm - 7.30 pm.
Beavers are Boys and Girls who are the youngest section in scouting family who belong to a Beaver scout colony.
What do beavers do ?
They take part in
Games,
Arts& crafts,
Sleepovers,
Exploring the outdoors,
Making new friends
And lots more.
Beavers will also take part in different badges,activity and challenge where they can also to try new challenges & adventures.
Moving On
All sections have an upper age limit which allows our youth members to progress to the next section.
What happens when my child move on to the next section?
When its time to Move On, you will be contacted informing you that your child will be moving on. This happens twice per year, normally at the start of each session. parents/guardians will be welcome to join in the ceremony.
